You will be a key brand ambassador, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales through your product knowledge and enthusiasm. Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation Process transactions accurately and efficiently Collaborate with team members to create a positive and inclusive work environment Stay up to date with product knowledge and brand initiatives What We’re Looking For: Previous retail or customer service experience (luxury retail preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills A passion for fashion and the Coach brand Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change FT roster Tuesday to Saturday (37.5 hours per week).
